I hesitated for a long time before making a decision on this proposal. It is truly a good proposal, and I personally really like it. In the end, I decided to vote for, but this means that in the coming period, I will have to vote against on more proposals to improve our financial situation(sorry guys). I hope our treasury grows to a point where we can easily say 'yes' to great proposals like this.

A prolific artist wants to collaborate with Nouns to create lasting public art, something that could endure for decades, maybe longer.

This project isn't just eye candy, it also has real utility. The proposal checks all the boxes of the Nouns mission:

With Mike leading the charge, execution is a given. This is exactly the kind of initiative we should be backing.

Things like this are cool af, and will remain to be for a long time. I’m supportive still.

Now more than ever, Nouns feels like an experiment in how we can sustainably fund creativity and community.

The things I like about this proposal are: having a permanent fixture in an easy accessible place, we'll have a location available to host future Nounish events for FREE, they have not requested a snapshot of their land yet for Google Maps so that can be done after the installation which means we would be able to see the sculpture on Google Maps rather quickly, && Nouns being associated with an Art City feels pretty Nounish to me ⌐◨-◨

If the goal is still proliferation and lasting public impact, this proposal offers strong ROI in our opinion. With TMFA’s track record, Art City’s growing momentum, and the legendary Route 66, this has the potential to be one of the best Nouns activations to date—if executed well.

As concerns are voiced on the treasury running dry, it makes sense to us to fund proposals like this—ones that can deliver value day after day.

Nice idea and looks good. This also would be a great place to introduce people to Noun o'clock.
Maybe could add a giant grandfather clock that tells Nounish time + a westminster chime whenever it strikes Noun o'clock.
