A recap of our 2022 activation at DesignerCon, where we had tremendous fun and established connections with key collaborators like VeVe (https://www.veve.me/), Graffiti+ (https://graffitiplus.io/), and more.
We are requesting $24,800 USDC to expand Nouns’ presence and amplify brand awareness at DCon in Las Vegas, Nevada (November 15-17, 2024). Our goal is to onboard and engage a new generation of creators and leaders in the entertainment space with interactive activations that bring the Nouns experience to life. We will expand our presence within the vibrant designer and collectible arts community and build on the momentum of NOUNSFEST and NOUNSTOWN, creating a bridge between nouns and these talented creatives.
DesignerCon is the premier direct-to-consumer event for artists and creators across industries like film, animation, music, and design showcase their side projects and dream ventures.
DesignerCon (DCon) is an annual convention that merges collectible toys, custom apparel, art, and designer culture. It has celebrated the art of design for nearly two decades, attracting an audience of fans, collectors, and creators who share a love for unique artistic expression.
Klim and Bigshot.wtf have been a staple in the DCON ecosystem since the early days, and this activation will bring Nounish energy to DCON in an organic, authentic way that most web3 companies can't replicate. We aim to establish a formal relationship between DesignerCon and Nouns, connecting with a core audience whose creative talents can contribute meaningfully to the Nouns community.
DesignerCon’s cultural and digital impact is vast, reaching over 178 million followers across social platforms. By participating, we’ll capitalize on this unique chance to introduce Nouns to an audience of art enthusiasts and families, many of whom already show interest in digital and physical collectibles.
Since 2013, DesignerCon has remained the landmark event for the exploding designer collectibles market, providing an unparalleled opportunity to engage a highly creative and niche audience. Each year, over 60,000 artists, fans, and collectors and their families flock to this event, making it the ideal setting to proliferate Nouns and onboard a new wave of creative talent into the ecosystem.
DesignerCon sets itself aside as the most significant sales event of the year for artists and brands who create licensed and original artworks, separating it from other expos that have cropped up in similar fields.

This year, DesignerCon is expanding to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada at The Expo at World Market Center, for 3 days, welcoming 700+ vendors, 350+ artists, 60,000+ attendees, and hundreds of millions of views across media and social coverage from outlets such as Hypebeast, Complex, The Hollywood Reporter, Gizmodo, Juxtapoz and more.
Nouns will join DesignerCon with the industry expertise of Bigshot, who had a successful booth at DCON 2022 that showcased Nouns and wants to expand this year's presence to include a more extensive and deeper community involvement. Link to video recap - DCON 2023

Networking Opportunities: Collaborate with industry leaders for brand exposure and community growth.
Main activation will be a 10X20 space within a 20x40 STANDUPART family fun Space: Includes DJs, paper crafts, Videos, animation, coloring books, Nounish art, and interactive activities tailored for young creators, builders and their families. An engaging space to showcase nouns, and various projects funded by the DAO, live interaction and Nouns brand exposure.
Graffiti+ Activation: Featuring Nounish Friends and a live digital painting experience of the digital 3D Skateboard and Shark Nouns Figures with Graffiti+, allowing attendees to paint with virtual spray cans, explore custom Nounish figures, and enjoy a graffiti train setup with various NOUNS stickers and stencils.
Onboarding Through Interaction: Hands-on experiences designed to ease attendees into Web3 and talk about NOUNS and the blockchain in a friendly relatable, non-shill way.
Nounish Friends series 1 - Animated Digital Collectibles on VeVe: Launching series one of our digital collectibles with animated 3D models, AR interactions, and Nounish noggles. This is a milestone since our characters and animated noggles will be featured next to some of the biggest artists and brands in the digital collectible space including Disney, Marvel, Black Pink, BTS and many more.
An exclusive VeVe X DCON Vincent mascot drop designed by Klim with a super rare chase varient wearing the NOGGLES and nouns apparel. These will include redeemable noggles claim for the lucky holders
Booth Essentials: Including display cabinets, monitors, printables (art and color sheets), and promotional products.
Additional Nounish Activities: Featuring sticker packs, exclusive merch, and digital collectible experiences.
