The dao currently holds an outsized amount of stETH and requires more operational cash to keep funding proposals.
I suggest we unstake and withdraw 50% of our current stETH balance, which is ~8982/2 = 4491 stETH.
Unstaking from Lido is a two-step process. This proposal deals with step one.
